SWIMMING CLUB WEEKLY CARNIVAL. (“Times-Age" Special.) Despite the windy weather there was a good attendance last night at the Greytown Baths for the weekly carnival. The results were as follow: — Junior boys’ 25 yards handicap—N. Hay 1, J. Lyford 2. Ladies’ 75 yards handicap.—N. Keltic 1, J. McKenzie 2.

Anker. N. Hay and J. Lyford 2. Diving.—l. Falcnor, E. Greathead (equal) 1, C. Anker 3. Personal Items. Mr W. Carter, of Heathcote Valley, Christchurch, is a visitor to Greytown. Messrs R. Burch. G. Barnard, E. Dennes and H. Dennes have returned to Greytown from a motor tour of the South Island. Messrs A. Nisbet. R. Pickard, J. W. Tate and S. Brunton have returned from Waikaremoana.
Fire Brigade Conference.
The Greytown Brigade will not send an official delegate to the N.Z. Conference at Petone.
