UNIVERSITY RESULTS
COMPLAINTS ABOUT DELAY. AN EXPLANATION. (By Telegraph—Press Asociation.) .WELLINGTON, January 30. Inquiries made, in consequence of complaints of delay in the announcement of certain university degree results, show that the practice of the University of New Zeaand for some years has been to release in two sets, prior to Christmas, the pass list then available After that date the issue of University entrance results is given priority but it is expected that a supplementary list of degree passes will follow fairly closely upon the university entrance and scholarship results, which have just been announced.
