Champion singles: Drummond beat Bell, 18/16; Jones beat Smith, 19/16: O'Donnell beat Staniforth. 23/14; Simpson beat Leigh, 20/13; Shearer beat Wallace, 17/11. Handicap singles: Wilder beat Rofi, 22/14, In the second match this season the Engineers beat the Borough by 18 to 15. ANNIVERSARY DAY TOURNAMENT The following fours will play at the Park on Anniversary Day, commencing at 9 a.m.: —Lewis, Blanc. Gooding, Hayne (s); Trevorrow. Reynolds, Russell, Henderson (s); Aydon. Frost, Reader, Carr (s): Andrews, Vincent, Smith, Carr (s); Carpenter. Drummond, Wallace, Thompson (s); Anstice, Newton, Burke, Dixon (s); Moore, Winhall, Brown, Leigh (s). A Greytown team skipped by H. Carter will also compete. In addition to the above ten teams will play on the Greytown green.
