STOCK MARKET

FEILDING SALE. STORE SHEEP IN DEMAND. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) FEILDING, January 19. Store sheep were again in quite good demand at the Feilding sale today, a heavy entry of lambs selling freely. The cattle market was quiet, and the mutton market was backward. Fat. sheep: Some excellently-finished ewe and wether mutton was on offer, but because of the absence of buyers, there was a lack in demand and a consequent drop in values. Store sheep: Lambs were heavily represented in this section, and splendid quality lots made high figures.
