FOUND DEAD

RESIDENT OF BRUCE STREET. Thomas Maguire, known as “Pigeon" Maguire, was found dead in his bach, 3 Bruce Street, this rhorning. He was sitting in a chair and had apparently been packing groceries prior to going out to work. At 2 a.m. he was given a cup of tea by a friend and appeared to be quite all right (hen. He had been about the district for some years and was born in England 64 years ago. As far as is known, he was a single man.
