OFF TO CAMP
ANOTHER 33 MEN LEAVING TOMORROW. SEND-OFF AT DRILL HALL. Another batch of Wairarapa recruits numbering 33. will proceed to Trcntham Camp tomorrow afternoon by the 2.(1 p.m. train. The men. who are members of the Second Echelon, will be given a public send-off at the Drill Hall at 1.15 p.m.. when the speakers will be the Mayor. Mr T. Jordan and the president of the Wairarapa R.S.A.. Mr R. Whyborn. The Masterton Municipal Band will head the procession to the station. As many members of the Municipal Baud ns can conveniently make it possible are requested to assemble at the Drill Hall by 1.30 p.m. to accompany the men to the station. LATEST ENROLMENTS. The following men have enrolled at the Masierton Defence Office during the weekend for service overseas: — Messrs L. E. Smith (Carterton). C. A. Clemens <Featherston), and R. H. Tully (Greytown). The total enlistments to date are now 418.
