Slack Racing Time After Holidays HEARTH WINS AT THE VINCENT MEETING (BY “CARBINE.”) After the New Year holidays there has been a dearth of race meetings in the Dominion. At Vincent yesterday the principal event, the Clare Memorial Handicap was won by Hearth after an exciting finish, heads separating the three placed horses.
