DOMINION CHAMPIONSHIPS. YESTERDAY'S PLAY AT WELLINGTON. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. This Day. The weather was perfect for the second day's play in the New Zealand croquet championships and many firstclass matches were witnessed on the lawns. Most of the lower bisqued players are now mkaing all-round breaks, the largest yesterday being by Mrs Keys, Auckland, in the game against Mrs E. A. Smith, Christchurch. The defeat of J. Tannock, one of the finalists of the men’s championship last year, by Mclntyre, on a one handicap, was the surprise of the day.
