ALLEGED FRAUD
CHARGES AGAINST ASTON AND CHRYSTALL.
BOTH MEN REMANDED ON BAIL
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Charged with conspiring with each other by deceit to defraud Hartly Roy Sellars of sums totalling £6465 Is 9d, Gordon Percy Aston, aged 39, an engineer, and Harvy Maitland Chrystall, aged 52, an engineer, appeared before Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., and were re- ' manded until next Friday. They were granted bail of £5OO in each case, with two sureties of £250, conditional upon accused reporting daily to the police at either Wellington or Christchurch.
