MEATLESS DAYS
THREE PER WEEK DECREED IN FRANCE. RATIONING IN RESTAURANTS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day. 11.45 a.m.) PARIS, January 12. A decree has been issued under which France is to have three meatless days weekly from January 15. Meat consumed in restaurants will be rationed throughout the week.
