ARRESTS IN LITHUANIA. ALLEGED SECRET MILITARY ORGANISATION. KAUNAS, January 12. Sixty Polish former soldiers and former students were arrested after the discovery of an alleged secret military organisation at Vilna directed against Lithuania. Those arrested include prominent teachers at Vilna University and a former director of the Polish Telegraphic Agency.
