EMPIRE AIR SCHEME

STAFF NUCLEUS CHOSEN IN BRITAIN. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 9.40 a.m.) RUGBY. Janaury 11. The nucleus of the staff for the Empire air training scheme in Canada has been selected and will leave for Canada shortly. The officers chosen will include flying instructors, engineers, equipment and staff officers to compose the personnel for a service flying school and aeronautical schools headquarters and other organisations which will make up the scheme.
