CURTAILMENT OF ORDINARY TRAFFIC. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.10 a.m.) BERLIN, January 10. It is announced that in order to expedite coal traffic, the national railways have ordered a heavy reduction of ordinary express and passenger trains. The liberated locomotives will also transport other vital goods.
