Bowlers in the Centennial tournament competed today in the . section play for the pairs championship, the entries for which totalled 266. Foul games of tw.enty-one heads will be completed today, and tomorrow post section play in this event on the sugden death principle will take place. J. Anchor and W. J. Robinson, of the Hamilton Club, holders of the title, won their game this morning by a comfortable margin.
