LUCKY ESCAPE
MINE CAUGHT IN NET. LATER LANDED SAFELY. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY. January 8. Agency messages recently reported the case of a fishing trawler which was blown up through catching a mine in its trawl. Today come news of the miraculous escape of another fishing vessel, which caught a live mine in the trawl net. The mine was taken aboard and landed at a Scottish port.
