A speech in the City of London with which, on Tuesday, the Prime Minister (Mr Chamberlain) will open a Ministerial campaign in the country, will be heard by a very distinguished audience at the Mansion House, as well as by the great public to which it will be broadcast. The Lord Mayor will preside and the High Commissioners for the Dominions and India will be present, with the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Cardinal Archbishop of Westminster, the Moderator of the Free Churches and the Chief Rabbi.
