President Roosevelt has nominated the Federal Attorney-General. Mr Frank Murphy, to the Supreme Court. The President has nominated the So-licitor-General. Mr Robert Jackson, as Attorney-General. Mr James H. R. Cromwell, an economist and husband oil Dotis Duke, the world’s richest girl, has been nominated by Mi' Roosevelt as Minister to Canada.
