OVER SEA CONTRABAND. NEUTRALS CAMOUFLAGING GERMAN EXPORTS. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. (Received This Day, 11.25 a.m.) LONDON, January 3. The contraband control has been lightened up, following on evidence that neutrals are camouflaging Ger--man exports. Seizures for the week ended December 30 amounted to 20,800 tons, making a total of 537.600 tons for seventeen weeks, plus 429,000 tons of French seizures.
