After several showers early this morning the weather, cleared for the second day of the Stratford Racing Club’s meeting today, and there was again a large crowd present. The rain did not affect the track, which was in great order. The sum of £22,692 10s was handled on the totalisator, making £49,681 for the meeting, as against £56,730 last year, a decrease of £7049.
