SOVIET ARMY DOCTORS. TRAINING CENTRES FALLING TO PIECES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 11.50 a.m.) LONDON, December 29. A Moscow radio message severely censured the complete inefficiency of some army doctors and also several training centres for nurses. The speaker appealed to women to enlist as nurses but deplored the fact that many doctors were incapable of handling the job of instruction. He declared that some training centres were “falling to pieces,” and named several of the most inefficient doctors..
