WHEN CAKE STICKS TO TIN

A USEFUL HINT. If a cake sticks to the bottom of the tin. when taken out of the oven, turn it upside down and rub the bottom of the tin with a wet towel. The cake will slip out easily. If a cake is broken, replace the broken piece, and you will find that the crack or break will mend itself after a short while.
