WHEN PUDDINGS STICK
METHOD OF PREVENTION. Puddings have a knack of sticking to the basins in which they are cooked. To prevent this, turn the pudding upside down on the dish it is to be served on, and place a cloth wrung out of cold water over the inverted basin for a minute, when the pudding will slip out without sticking. For a cold pudding wring a cloth out in hot water.
