GERMANY SUFFERS MOST SCUTTLING OF THE COLUMBUS. COMPARISON WITH ALLIED AND NEUTRAL SINKINGS. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.45 a.m.) LONDON, December 25. The Admiralty states that ten British ships, with a tonnage of 6581 and eight neutral ships, of a tonnage of 10,839. were sunk last, week, a total of 17,420 tons, as compared with the German loss of 32,565 tons by the scuttling of the Columbus on December 20. This shows an excess German loss of 15,145 tons.
