The Sydney ’‘Morning Herald’s” Canberra correspondent says that the appointment of Mr Casey as the first Australian minister in Washington is expected to be the starting point for the important reorgtinasition of the Federal Cabinet, but before Mr Menzies undertakes this reorganisation he is expected to invite the Country Party to form a coalition government.
