MORAL EMBARGO
EXTENSION IN UNITED STATES. RUSSIA AND JAPAN AFFECTED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright NEW YORK, December 21. The State Department has extended its moral embargo against the sale of aircraft to countries which bomb civilians and open towns to include plans, plants, manufacturing rights and technical information for the production of aviation gasoline. The action affects Russia and Japan.
