DEPARTURE OF RUSSIANS FROM WORLD'S FAIR. HALF HOLIDAY FOR BOROUGH EMPLOYEES. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. (Received This Day. 11.20 p.m.NEW YORK. December 21. Mr George Harvey. President of Queen's Borough. in which the World’s Fair is located, proclaimed a half holiday for borough employees to celebrate the removal of the Russian pavilion. He urged private employers to do likewise. "I am sure," he said, "people will feel as I do. jubilant over the withdrawal of a symbol so violently contrasting with the form of Government making possible our own peaceful Christmas. I hope American flags will be displayed throughout the borough to mark the official exit of an unwelcome guest."
