FORMATION OF DIVISIONS HORRORS OF PERSECUTION BY NAZIS. REVEALED BY DR. BENES. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. (Received This Day. 11.20 a.m.) LONDON. December 21. Lord Halifax and Dr. Benes have exchanged letters establishing the Czechoslovak National Committee in England. Dr. Benes, in a statement, said he hoped shortly to form, two divisions. He added that the persecution of Czechoslovakia was indescribable. Germany had concentrated there 000.000 soldiers, excluding members of the Gestapo, a portion of which is maintaining order while others are singled out for operations against other countries.
