SMALLPOX OUTBREAK
REPORTED IN RUSSIAN ARMY. OF EPIDEMIC PROPORTIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day. 11.20 a.m.) HELSINKI. December 19. Smallpox has broken out in the Russian Army and is already of epidemic proportions. All Finnish soldiers are being vaccinated ag-in and also civilians in the frontier regions. The outbreak was discovered among Russian prisoners taken in the Karelian Isthmus.
