A BENGAL RESOLUTION. Ry Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 11 a.rn.) CALCUTTA. December 19. The Bengal Legislative. Assembly, by bl2 votes to 82, passed a Government resolution assuring Britain of full cooperation in the war and urging her to grant Dominion status after the war, with a new constitution. Mr Sarker. Finance Minister, resigned on the ground that he was unable to agree to the association of minorities with the framing of a new constitution.
