Interest in Great Northern Derby BEAULIVRE—BEAU VITE BATTLE (BY ‘'CARBINE.”) The meeting of Beaulivre and Beau Vite in the Great Northern Derby is creating interest. The latter, who went slightly amiss while in Australia two months ago. is now reported to be quite all right again. The inclusion of Moorsotis and Baran, who finished second and third respectively in the New Zealand Derby last month, will add interest to the race, and Moorsotis.will not have to show a great deal of improvement to trouble botl- of the Beau Pere coits. On their two-year-old form Beaulivre should prove the better of the pair over a mile and a-half.
