FOURTEENTH CASUALTY LIST. TWO NEW ZEALANDERS KILLED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, December 18. The fourteenth Royal Air Force casualty list contains 39 names. It includes the following New Zealanders: Pilot-Officer K. P. Hamilton. Gisborne; and B. Graham. Waipukurau. Both were killed on active service. The names of two members of the Women’s Auxiliary Service, who died on active service, are also included. This list brings the total R.A.F. casualties since the outbreak of the war to 464 killed and wounded. The Air Ministry announces the following Royal Air Force casualties "on various dates": — Previously reported missing, now reported killed in action, two; previously reported missing believed killed, now reported killed in action, one: wounded in action, one; missing, believed killed in action, two: missing, one. On active service, killed. 20: missing, believed killed two: died 11.
