SWEDISH SHIPS
SEIZED BY GERMANY. PRIZE COURT DECISION. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day( 10.20 a.m.) STOCKHOLM, December 15. A message from Hamburg states that the Prize Court ordered confiscation of two seized Swedish ships and ruled that all paper pulp is contraband. An expert gave evidence that Germany used paper wrapping for the explosive inside shells, and said he believed the British used similar wrappings.
