ST. BRIDES CONVENT

PRESENTATION OF PRIZES AND CONCERT EXCELLENT DISPLAY GIVEN. LIST OF CLASS AWARDS. Many parents and friends of St Bride's Convent attended the concert at St Patrick’s Hall on Thursday night, presented by the senior and junior pupils. The standard was of a very high order and reflected great credit on the performers and teachers A programme of generous length brought forth rounds of applause from a much appreciative and enthusiastic audience. It would be difficult to single out any item, all being good, but the part singing—solo by Beulah Hirst—and the piano solo —"Tremolo" by Kathleen Bergin, called for special mention. At the conclusion of the programme the Rev N. Moore congratulated the Sisters and their pupils on the excellent display.
