James, claim £lO 18s Gd, costs £2 14s; Wairarapa Farmers Co-Operative Association Ltd v T. Isaac, claim £3 14s Gd. costs £1 5s Gd: Wairarapa Farmers Co-Operative Association v J. D. Baybutt, claim £l6 18s lOd. costs £2 14s. Ronald Fellingham was ordered t< pay Henry Leonard Walter Sayer th< sum of £8 0s 9d forthwith, in default 8 days’ imprisonment. Kenneth Harold Garside was ordered to pay B. Siemonek the sum of £26 8 s forthwith, in default one month’s imprisonment. The warrant is to be suspended so long as defendant pays off 10s per week, the first payment to be made on January 15. 1940.
