DEATHS IN ROAD ACCIDENTS IN BRITAIN. NOVEMBER’S HEAVY LIST. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.50 a.m.) LONDON, December 12. It is officially announced that 926 people were killed in road accidents, of which 674 occurred during blackouts, in November, compared with 919 in October and 613 in November, 1938.
