ACCORDING TO NORWEGIAN REPORT. (Received This Day, 9.50 a.m.) OSLO, December 11. The newspaper “Sjoefartstidende” quotes an eyewitness as declaring that the Kronstadt naval base is in flames after a bombardment.
RUSSIAN LOSSES ATTACKS IN PETSAMO REGION. (Received This Day. 9.50 a.m.) ROME. December 11. A semi-official newsagency report from Oslo states that 500 Russians have been killed and 200 taken prisoner in the recent attacks in the Petsamo region.

DANISH NURSES SIX THOUSAND OFFER SERVICES. (Received This Dav. 10.40 a.m.) COPENHAGEN. December 11. Over 6000 Danish nurses have volunteered to join the Danish Red Cross unit in Finland.
