WAIRARAPA V. MANAWATU GAMES ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON. A WIN FOR THE VISITORS. Playing on a well-prepared green at the Masterton Bowling Club’s grounds on Saturday afternoon, the visiting bowlers from the Manawatu Centre wore victorious over Wairarapa, both in points and in games. The points scored were: Manawatu, 322, Wairarapa 310: games. Manawatu, 8 wins, Wairarapa 7 wins. The games were well contested, and in many instances close finishes resulted.
