NEUTRAL SHIPS

SUNK BY GERMAN MINES. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10 a.m.) RUGBY, December 10. According to an agency message a Swedish steamer '"Vinga,” of 2000 tons has been sunk by an explosion. The crew of 21 have been taken aboard a Danish steamer. A Rotterdam message states that the small Dutch ship linmingham of 400 tone, struck a mine off the coast, and was beached. The crew of seven were saved.
