LATEST GERMAN DECREE PURCHASE OF NEW CLOTHES FORBIDDEN. EVEN MENDING MATERIAL DENIED. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.25 a.m.) LONDON, December 10. A message from Berlin says a decree has been issued which forbids Jews in Germany to buy new clothes, or darning wool to mend old ones, or leather to mend shoes. Jews in Danzig have been ordered to leave before December 31.
