THE BRITISH MEASURES OF CONTROL STRONG PROTEST TO BE MADE BY SOVIET. DEMAND FOR COMPENSATION. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. (Received This Day, 1.15 p.m.) MOSCOW. December 10. A radio message stated that the Soviet will send a Note to the English and French Embassies on export control. protesting that it is a violation of international law and harmful to neutrals. It adds that the Soviet will demand compensation for shipping delays and for trade losses.
