Ledwedge Vincent Lawlor, who fired a shot outside the Duchess of Kent's home in London, was arrested in Melbourne, charged with having shot George Anderson Kelly, aged 32. with intent to commit murder. Kelly and Leslie Giles, aged 32. were found in St Kilda, each shot in the back. Giles is in a critical condition.
