BLACKOUT ACCIDENTS
MOUNTING TOLL IN BRITAIN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON. December 7. Three thousand people have been killed in Britain in road accidents during the war, which is double the peacetime figure. It is pointed out that if the rate continues in three years the death-roll will reach 40,000. the equivalent of a whole army corps.
