DEBTS TO GERMAN-JEWISH FIRMS. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. NEW YORK. December 7. The Supreme Court today ruled that no American Court recognise the validity of claims of German-appointed liquidators of Jewish firms to debts owed by Americans. The ruling denied to American firms a motion for permission to pay into the court money admittedly owed Io an Austrian firm and now claimed both by ex-members of the firm and by the firm's German liquidators.
