DANCE AT OPAKI

There was a very large attendance at Cooper’s Barn, Opaki, at the usual fortnightly dance on Tuesday. Winners of Monte Carlo waltzes were Mr Joe Clark and Miss Nola Lochore and Mr M. Godden and Miss R. Heath. A song was rendered by Mrs Curtain. Music was supplied by Jack Barnes’s Rhythm Boys. The duties of M.C. were carried out by Mr' Pat Ward. Supper was served by a committee of ladies. Another of these popular dances will be held in a fortnight’s time.
