An Englishman became bald. He was desperate, and spent much money on hair restorers. A Scotchman went bald. lie sold his brush and comb. Two garage hands had been invited to a big dinner paryt. and when they sat down they noticed a large array of cutlery beside their plates. Bill leaned towards his mate and whispered: "I say, ’Arry, what's the big idea—all these knives and forks?” Harry sniffed contemptuously at his mate’s ignorance. “Don't speak so loud, mate.” he exclaimed. “These are spares in case we break any of the others."
