TRIAL IN SAMOA
NATIVE FOUND NOT GUILTY OF MURDER. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. (Received This Day, 12.30 p.m.) APIA, December 5. Tuiva. a Samoan, charged with the murder of Foupa, a Niuean, came up for trial on Thursday, November 30, before the High Court, consisting of Chief Judge W. Carrol Harley and three European and one Samoan assessors. The trial concluded on Saturday evening, when accused was found not guilty and acquitted.
