Reynaud, concerning closer economic cooperation not only for the war but foi the future." Sir John Simon paid a tribute to France's mobilisation of 5,000.000 men. of whom 3.500.000 were under arms. He also paid a tribute to the superiority of the British and French ait forces and navies and added: "We can affirm confidently that we are coming to the end of the new danger of magnetic mines.’’
