FRAUDS IN BELGIUM
CHARGE AGAINST BANK TRUSTEES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON. December 4. The Brussels correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain says the police closed the Credit Anversois Bank and 138 branches after arresting two trustees on charges of embezzlement. Fifteen hundred employees are rendered idle. The Institut de Reescompte et Garantie is assisting the depositors.
