A new fruit juice—apple juice—is being developed in Canada for inclusion in the family diet, particularly on the breakfast table. It is but natural that Canadian apples should be able to produce a fruit juice of excellent taste and quality. This new apple juice is very pleasant and appetising. It retains the taste of the fresh apple and is proving to be a most popular appetiser in Canada.
