GERMAN TROOPS
ON DUTCH AND BELGIAN FRONTIERS NO IMPORTANT CHANGE IN DISPOSITIONS. POSSIBLE OBJECTIVES. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. LONDON, November 30. There have been no extensive modifications in the disposition of the German troops in the neighbourhood of the German-Belgian and GermanDutch borders, reports the special correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph." On November 11 Germany had three great military concentrations on the borders, comprising five armies. They were, first, two armies south of Aachen, whose objective was to outflank the north Maginot Line; secondly, two armies north of Aachen and one in Aachen, whose objective was to surround the fortress of Liege. The disposition of these armies made possible a march toward French positions in the Moselle and Saar areas or across the Belgian and Dutch borders.
